70% of customers leave their dealership after their warranty period
expires. Who can blame them? Franchise dealerships often traffic
in poor customer service, shoddy repairs and much higher prices
than our shop.
Most of the techs and service advisors at our
shop started at the dealership. We all left for similar reasons;
commssion-driven pay plans emphisizing volume and part sales.Our
goal here at Auto Engineering is to fix cars. We do it better than
our competitors, and often for cheaper. |
