Chip is an ASE certified Master Technician, and has been servicing European vehicles for 25 years.  He has an associates degree in automotive technology from the accredited Franklin Institute of Boston. He is an advisory board committee member at Minute Man technical school, and a Bimmer Tech member ( BMW technicians group of over 275 independent & dealer shops).  Chip has been a BIMRS member for 8 years (independent association of BMW service professionals), and received many accreditation's in BMW & Mercedes training classes.

Danielle graduated from UMass Lowell with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.  She has worked at both Domestic and German independent garages and new car dealerships in positions ranging from service manager to service advisor. Danielle is a BMW Certified Service Advisor, and has a total of 17 years experience in automotive service.
